In today's competitive academic and professional landscape, students and young professionals are increasingly judged not only on their qualifications but on how effectively they present themselves — on paper, in interviews, and online. Yet many candidates struggle to translate their skills and achievements into a compelling personal brand, resulting in missed opportunities for scholarships, internships, and jobs. World Changers Association (WCA) — Buea, Cameroon, proposes a one-month online academic webinar series dedicated to personal branding, equipping participants with practical, guided skills in building a professional CV, writing persuasive cover/motivation letters, and optimizing a LinkedIn presence. The webinar shall run over a period of one (1) month, organized into four (4) thematic weeks. Each week shall have two (2) online sessions: the first is a thematic presentation followed by a question-and-answer session, and the second, a practical follow-up session dedicated to group assignments and their correction.
